We’re in the final stretch to ensure every citizen’s voice is heard on the draft “Regulations Relating to the Surveillance and Control of Notifiable Medical Conditions: Amendment.” I estimate more than 300,000 submissions have already been sent to the Dept of Health.
However, if you forward this newsletter to all your contacts and urge them to comment on the proposed “Amendment to the National Health Act” before 15 April, we could achieve the unprecedented goal of 500,000 public submissions opposing this draconian legislation.
If you did not receive this newsletter directly, please consider subscribing so you can receive regular weekly updates about issues critical to your faith, family and religious freedoms.
The ANC regime is extending its power over the lives of private citizens by entrenching unnecessary regulations in the Labour Relations Act. A new Code of Practice was issued recently to permanently replace emergency regulations enacted under the state of disaster.
This means that not only will draconian emergency regulations be made permanent in the “National Health Act” but employers are compelled to enforce severe measures in the workplace to “contain Covid-19 infections” after the lifting of the National State of Disaster.
Please email Ms Tsakani Furumele directly at [email protected] before 15 April with your written objections to the proposed “Regulations Relating to the Surveillance and Control of Notifiable Medical Conditions: Amendment.”
Alternatively, you can visit the sapublicspeaks.co.za site and directly email the Dept of Health with your comments. Please use the text in the form as a guide for your submission.
You can also send your comments via the www.dearsouthafrica.co.za site. This is a quick and easy method of submitting your objections to the proposed Health Amendment.
The proposed “Amendment to the National Health Act”is an attempt by government to make state of disaster emergency powers permanent to suspend and limit the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens at will – under the guise of “containing Covid-19 infections.”
Christians around the globe will celebrate the Death and Resurrection of the Saviour of the world this coming holy weekend. The Cross and the empty tomb are constant reminders that believers do not battle the enemy in vain or without hope – but in the power of God.
The Victory of the Cross and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ the Messiah are not only historical facts, but the only true source of hope and power for every born again believer.
We possess the power of prayer to bring change in our nation. This holy weekend is a good time to gather with family and friends to pray and intercede for the nation. Jesus overcame the world system on the Cross. His Resurrection from the dead won the ultimate victory.
The Scriptures remind believers “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers against the rulers of the darkness of this age… Ephesians 6:12. Consequently, the evil force behind wicked laws are defeated in prayer by the Spirit of God.
A flood of bad legislation is making its way through Parliament this year. Marriage, the family, the health and innocence of children, the safety and dignity of women and religious freedoms are severely threatened by wicked policies to intentionally entrench a Godless ideology.
But I’m reminded of the Scripture “So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19. We have the Spirit of the Lord.
It’s time to raise the standard of righteousness and truth in South Africa. As we celebrate God’s awesome power, demonstrated by the Cross and the Resurrection this holy weekend, I urge you and your family to pray that God will deliver our nation from this flood of evil.
