1. General Rules of the Competition
1.1 This competition is organised by Thompsons, a division of Cullinan Holdings (Pty) Limited, registration number 1902/001808/06 (“Thompsons”) and is open to all South African citizens who follow Thompsons Holidays on Facebook (www.facebook.com/
Prizes are sponsored by Thompsons Holidays, Cape Community Radio Station 107.5FM, Air Mauritius, The Mauritius Tourism Authority and the Be Cosy Apart Hotel. Participants must be 18 years or older.
1.2 Directors, members, partners, employees or consultants to Cullinan, or their sponsorship agency, or spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates of such persons are not eligible to enter the competition and cannot win prizes.
1.3 The ‘Follow the Sun’ competition period will run from Friday 25 November 2022 – Wednesday 30 November 2022.
1.4 All information (including these rules) relating to this competition published on any promotional or advertising material or on our website at any time before or during the competition period will form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Thompsons also has the right to withdraw this competition before the final draw.
2. Prize
2.1 The prize winner will be announced on Thursday 1 December 2022. The prize is valid for 2 persons and includes flights ex Johannesburg, return airport transfers, 7 nights at Be Cosy Apart Hotel including breakfast and dinner daily and a Half Day City Tour (Excludes all other meals and services not specified)
2.2 The prize is valid for stays between 21 Apr 2023 – 30 September 2023 (Excluding high/peak season and subject to availability).

3.1 To participate in this competition you will need to follow Thompsons Holidays & CCFM on Facebook or Instagram. You will then need to comment on the Thompsons Holidays Facebook or Instagram page

4. Draw of prize
4.1 There will be one (1) winner
4.1.2 The draw for the prize will take place on Thursday 1 December 2022

5.1 Draws and declaration of the winner will be conducted at the Thompsons premises in the presence of a Thompsons representative.
5.2 Thompsons has the right at any time before any of the draws to change the dates or places of the draws (or both). You will not have a claim against Thompsons in this event.
